OBSTS (Formally ETRALI) has developed dedicated software suites which allow you to use in-house resources to supervise, maintain and report on your voice trading system in a fast, effective and secure manner.
This is integral to our customer commitment.
Some of these software products are provided as standard while others are optional. Current products are :
- JadeSuite, a range of four JAVA-based software applications dedicated to systems management, administration, supervision, accounting and security tasks. All allowing multi-user and multi-site access for local and remotely managed operations
- SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) agent and SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) web supervisor, for supervision tasks
- CTI Suite (Computer Telephony Integration), for computer/telephony integrations
- SDK Suite (Software Development Kit), for customised application development
JADE SUITE
If an emergency occurs, the administrator needs to have the relevant information presented in an intuitive and convenient manner. If a change needs to be made to the database, it needs to be simple and effective immediately. Reporting can be produced at regular intervals on the cost of resources.
For these reasons, Orange Business Services - Trading Solutions has developed a range of four, state of the art software modules: each one provides different functionality and benefits to administrators, the four form a powerful, flexible and easy to use tool.
JadeSuite includes:
- Jade Management, , a multi-system configuration software, adaptable to different IT/Telecom management structures through an intuitive interface
- Jade Profiles, a separate security module which governs and records access to JadeSuite and any changes made
- Jade Supervision, a multi-system supervision software providing real-time and historical alarms plus multiple system 'snapshots'
- Jade Accounting, a powerful call cost reporting software providing historical analysis through charts, graphs and reports
Available in four languages, JadeSuite software allows the administrator to manage, supervise and report on an enterprise wide platform with up to thirty-two interconnected systems.
Jade Management
Jade Management is a highly intuitive software, used to manage the Trading Solutions Voice Platform, centrally or locally, either single or multiple sites, and to establish turrets customised configurations (trader settings, lines, speed dialling numbers, direct lines, intercom, etc). Administration is very flexible thanks to a concurrent vision of settings for several systems. Multiple fields can be selected, modified and completed concurrently in the minimum amount of time. This powerful tool is provided as standard.
Jade Profiles
Jade Profiles offers increased security for Jade applications. With Jade Profiles you can create an unlimited number of usernames and passwords with different access rights. You can also record all changes that are made, to ensure no critical data is lost and that administration operations are recorded.
Jade Supervision
Jade Supervision is also provided as standard. It provides, on-site or remotely, all of the information necessary to supervise your Trading Solutions Voice Platform or an enterprise wide platform.
Jade Accounting
Jade Accounting is a reporting tool which accesses both current and archive databases to produce reports on call statistics and associated cost. A variety of standard report formats are available. Fully customisable reports can also be produced. Both statistical and graphical reports can be produced, exported, saved and printed.
Jade Accounting is essential if any reporting on trading room call statistics is required. For example, a report can be produced on the cost of a trading group or user for a regular period or a report on line usage may be produced in order to fully optimise resources.
Simple Network Managemet Protocol (SNMP)
If your IT systems are already supervised by an SNMP Management application, you can have messages sent from the Trading Solutions Voice Platform via SNMP protocol to your existing manager (e.g. HP Open View). Alternatively, Orange Business Services - Trading Solutions has also created a web client supervisor through which you can receive SNMP messages, in order to monitor and supervise your Trading Solutions Voice Platform from any PC with a web browser - something exclusive to Orange Business Services.monitoring centre. This enables us to act upon emergencies faster, and ensure that your trading room is up and running during critical trading hours through 24/7 support.
Software Development Kit (SDK)
Trading Solutions Voice Platform integrates smoothly with existing IT systems. Should you need more advanced integration, Orange Business Services - Trading Solutions has produced an SDK to provide customers and business partners with both real-time and historical information such as telephone calls and system alarms, through the use of APIs (Application Program Interfaces).
The SDK opens up the Trading Solutions Voice Platform allowing organisations to develop applications for supervising, maintaining and reporting on the Trading Solutions Voice Platform. The SDK allows developers to integrate elements of the Trading Solutions Voice Platform with existing or new IT applications to provide inter-operability and integration.
Computer Telephony Integration (CTI)

In a demanding trading environment, information and speed of data exchange are of the utmost importance. The CTI Suite can deliver critical and timely information to Trading Solutions Voice Platform users. CTI Suite allows computers to interact with voice trading terminals to provide a critical exchange of telephony information. For example, a user might want to click-to-dial from an address book or contact on the PC, or have more caller-related information appear on the PC screen in a configurable format before it is answered.
Compliant with TAPI standard, our CTI Suite can be integrated into a variety of desktop applications such as Contact/Email Managements systems (e.g. Outlook & Lotus Notes), CRM systems, OMS systems and instant messaging applications.
Advanced Call Functions (ACFs)
OBSTS has created the ACFs, a browser-based thin client solution, to benefit from the PC interface to easily access, setup and review options previously only available, on the trading turret.
With the ACFs, you can have fast access to your calling history on your PC, view your configurations and lines, search and call SDNs (Speed Dial Numbers), and add or edit broadcast groups. A simple click-to-dial feature allows you to call your contacts instantly to improve responsiveness to the market.
